New T-2/HT-2 Toxin Testing

Central Testing Laboratory is proud to announce that we have new test packages for the detection of T-2/HT-2 Toxin.

The 13M test package will test for T-2/HT-2 Toxin.
The 14M test package will test for T-2/HT-2 Toxin, Fumonisin, Vomitoxin and Zearaleone.
The 15M test package will test for T-2/HT-2 Toxin, Alfatoxin, Fumonisin, Ochratoxin A, Vomitoxin and Zearaleone.

Depending on weather conditions, Fusarium could grow in forages or feeds, especially in barley and spring wheat. T-2/HT-2 Toxins are mostly produced by Fusarium mold found in cereal feed and causes infertility in animals. In some cases, T-2/HT-2 Toxin may also be fatal.
If you are a livestock producer, be careful, high T-2 and HT-2 levels will affect your production and profitability. For grain producers it is important to know your grain quality so that you can market your crop to the best market.
